An international freight forwarding company is expanding its Dubai office and needs experienced Operations Staff to keep shipments moving. If you know your way around import/export procedures and shipping documentation, and you enjoy the fast pace of logistics coordination, this role has your name on it.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day shipment operations, keeping cargo moving smoothly, and making sure documentation stays accurate and audit-ready. Strong UAE freight forwarding experience and sharp coordination skills will help you thrive here.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing day-to-day import and export operations
- Preparing and processing freight forwarding documentation accurately
- Coordinating shipments with customers, shipping lines, and logistics partners
- Handling DDU, DDP, DAP, and Free Hand shipment operations
- Tracking shipment progress and resolving operational issues quickly
- Keeping operations compliant with freight forwarding procedures and company standards
- Maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external partners
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years of UAE experience in freight forwarding operations
- Solid experience in import and export operations
- Good knowledge of freight forwarding procedures and documentation
- Experience handling DDU, DDP, DAP, and Free Hand shipments
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Self-driven and able to work independently
