Treatment Coordinator

Dental Studio is looking for a patient-focused, professionally driven Treatment Coordinator to join its expanding Dubai dental team.

You’ll be the key link between patients and clinical staff — guiding patients through their treatment journey, presenting options clearly, and helping the clinic achieve strong treatment acceptance and patient satisfaction.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate patient treatment plans from initial consultation through to completion
• Explain treatment options, procedures, and financial plans to patients clearly and confidently
• Support patients in understanding recommended treatments and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate patient records using dental software and CRM systems
• Work closely with dentists and clinical teams to keep patient flow smooth and efficient
• Follow up with patients to improve treatment acceptance and overall satisfaction
• Provide front desk and administrative support when required

What you’ll bring:

• 2–3 years of experience in a dental or healthcare setting
• Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Patient Care Coordinator, or Front Desk Coordinator is an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build patient trust and rapport
• A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to convert consultations into confirmed treatment bookings
• Proficiency in dental practice management software, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms
