InstaLogic Solutions FZCO, a Dubai-based technology company specializing in digital transformation, intelligent digital ecosystems, and advanced analytics, is hiring a driven Business Development Executive to support its expansion across the UAE and GCC region.

You’ll own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — building strong enterprise relationships and helping bring cutting-edge technology solutions to market.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across UAE and GCC markets
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and enterprise decision-makers
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and go-to-market strategies
  • Conduct market research to uncover new growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, finance, and delivery teams
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and business forums
  • Maintain an active pipeline using CRM platforms

What you’ll bring:

  • 3–4 years in IT services, software solutions, digital transformation, or technology consulting sales
  • Must be based in Dubai, UAE
  • Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC business markets
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar CRM platforms
  • Understanding of SDLC, ERP, CRM, cloud technologies, APIs, and system integrations
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage; Hindi or Urdu is a plus
