Fitness Champs Aquatics Dubai is growing its swim academy team and looking for passionate, dedicated aquatics professionals to join across three roles.
Whether you’re an experienced Head Coach, a skilled Swim Coach, or a certified Lifeguard, you’ll be part of a team committed to high coaching standards, water safety, and developing swimmers of all ages and abilities.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver high-quality swimming coaching sessions for individuals and groups
- Supervise aquatic environments and maintain strict safety standards at all times
- Design and implement training programs to improve swimmer skills and performance
- Track swimmer progress and provide constructive, encouraging feedback
- Maintain a safe, disciplined, and positive learning environment
- Support the academy in delivering excellent customer and member service
- Follow all lifeguarding protocols and emergency response procedures where applicable
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in swimming coaching or lifeguarding is preferred
- Relevant certifications in swimming instruction or lifeguarding
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for aquatic sports and athlete development
- Ability to work with children and adults across different skill levels
- Solid knowledge of water safety and emergency response procedures
