TechMantra Global is recruiting experienced Windows System Administrators and Linux System Administrators for onsite positions in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. These opportunities are intended for infrastructure professionals who can maintain enterprise server environments, troubleshoot complex issues and support secure, reliable technology services.
Job Overview
Successful candidates will administer either Windows Server or Linux environments, monitor infrastructure health and carry out system maintenance. The work includes patching, security, backups, virtualization and technical support. Candidates should be comfortable with scripting and able to help maintain system availability and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure and maintain Windows Server or Linux server environments according to operational requirements.
- Monitor server performance, availability and infrastructure health, identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Perform patching, system upgrades, security hardening, backups and disaster recovery activities.
- For Windows-focused work, manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
- For Linux-focused work, administer distributions such as RHEL, Ubuntu and CentOS and resolve related system issues.
- Troubleshoot network, server and virtualization problems, automate routine tasks with PowerShell, Bash or Python, and provide L2/L3 support.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Three to five or more years of hands-on experience as a Windows or Linux System Administrator.
- Strong Windows Server knowledge, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP for Windows-focused applicants.
- Strong Linux administration, troubleshooting and system management knowledge for Linux-focused applicants.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, virtualization, backups and disaster recovery.
- Understanding of networking, system security, storage management and infrastructure operations.
- Experience with PowerShell, Bash or Python scripting and VMware, Hyper-V or KVM is expected; RHCSA, RHCE or equivalent is an advantage for Linux candidates.
Skills
The positions require server administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, security awareness, automation and technical documentation. Candidates should be comfortable working with enterprise infrastructure and escalating or resolving L2/L3 issues in a structured environment.
Employment Details
These are full-time onsite IT infrastructure positions in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The estimated salary is SAR 9,000–15,000 per month. Candidates should have 3–5+ years of relevant system administration experience. Linux certifications such as RHCSA or RHCE are advantageous for the Linux role.
