Al Rustumani Owner Association Management Services LLC is hiring another motivated Accountant to strengthen its Dubai team as the business continues to grow. If you’ve got a couple of years of UAE accounting experience and want a role where you can really own your day-to-day work, take a look.
You’ll handle a full mix of accounting tasks — reconciliations, invoicing, reporting, and compliance support — while helping keep the company’s financial processes running smoothly. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Performing bank and supplier reconciliations
- Preparing client invoices and statements of account, and following up on outstanding balances
- Processing payroll and supporting WPS activities
- Helping with project/job costing and management reporting
- Maintaining accurate financial records
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- 1-3 years of UAE accounting experience
- FM, MEP, Maintenance, or Contracting industry background preferred
- Good knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel
Estimated salary: AED 4,500 – AED 6,500 per month.
