What Each Role Covers
- Manager — running daily operations and leading the wellness and beauty team
- Pilates Instructor — delivering professional individual and group Pilates sessions
- Beauty Salon Staff — providing high-quality beauty and salon services within your specialty
- Front Desk Staff — welcoming clients, managing appointments, and delivering excellent service at reception
Across all roles, you’ll be helping maintain a clean, professional environment and supporting the center’s reputation for great customer experiences.
What You’ll Need
- 4-5 years of relevant experience
- Professional Pilates certification (for the Pilates Instructor role)
- Strong leadership skills (for the Manager role)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Bilingual English/Arabic proficiency for Front Desk Staff
Estimated salary range: Manager AED 8,000-12,000 | Pilates Instructor AED 6,000-9,000 | Beauty Salon Staff AED 3,500-6,000 | Front Desk Staff AED 4,000-6,000 per month.
