Finance Controller

Alkalma Group is searching for a seasoned Finance Controller to take the reins of financial operations across its UAE and KSA healthcare business. This is a genuine leadership position — you’ll be the one steering financial governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic support for a growing group of hospitals and clinics from the Abu Dhabi head office.

Expect a role that blends hands-on financial management with high-level strategic input, working shoulder to shoulder with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Healthcare finance experience — particularly hospitals or clinic networks — will be a major advantage, and some travel to KSA should be expected.

Your Remit

• Leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting in line with IFRS and UAE/KSA regulations
• Ensuring compliance with DOH Abu Dhabi and other regulatory requirements
• Managing cash flow, working capital, receivables, and payables
• Strengthening internal controls and liaising with external auditors
• Delivering financial insight to support strategic decisions
• Leading and developing the finance team
• Partnering with Operations, HR, and Procurement on shared business goals

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• ACA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA qualification
• 8-10+ years of finance experience, including at least 5 in a leadership role
• Strong healthcare sector background, ideally hospitals or clinics
• Deep knowledge of IFRS, DOH Abu Dhabi regulations, and KSA compliance requirements

Estimated salary: AED 25,000 – AED 35,000 per month.
