Finance Manager

Arab & India Spices is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead its finance function from the Ajman Industrial Area head office. This is a genuine leadership opportunity for someone who wants to shape financial strategy across a full manufacturing and warehouse operation, not just report on it after the fact.

You’ll be balancing hands-on financial management with strategic input — working closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to sharpen cost efficiency and keep controls tight across the business.

What You’ll Own

• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports
• Managing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Overseeing cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
• Ensuring compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax, and statutory regulations
• Monitoring production costing, raw material costs, and inventory valuation
• Leading and mentoring the finance and accounts team
• Liaising with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• CA, CMA, ACCA, or CPA qualification preferred
• 5-8+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally in manufacturing, FMCG, or trading
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as Tally or SAP
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Estimated salary: AED 18,000 – AED 25,000 per month.
