FertiClinic Fertilization Centre LLC OPC
A detail-oriented Accountant is required to support the daily financial operations of a healthcare organization. The successful candidate will maintain accurate financial records, manage receivables and payables, support patient billing and insurance transactions, and contribute to timely financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Process transactions related to patient billing, insurance, and medical services.
- Perform bank, cash, supplier, and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly reporting and month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain VAT, corporate tax, audit, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with clinical, reception, insurance, and administrative teams.
- Support budgeting, expense monitoring, and financial analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
- Healthcare, clinic, hospital, or medical center experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of AP, AR, GL, billing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Strong analytical skills, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
