An experienced R&D professional is required to lead innovation and product development activities for Hair Care and Skin Care products. The role will oversee formulation development from concept through commercialization while supporting scale-up, technology transfer, quality compliance, and successful product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of new Hair Care and Skin Care products.
- Develop, test, evaluate, and optimize cosmetic formulations.
- Manage R&D projects, timelines, trials, and commercialization milestones.
- Support scale-up activities and technology transfer to manufacturing.
- Collaborate with Quality, Packaging, Marketing, Regulatory, and Production teams.
- Ensure compliance with QMS, GMP, EMS, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Drive product innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant R&D experience in FMCG, personal care, cosmetics, or pharmaceuticals.
- Master’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Perfumery & Cosmetic Management, or related field.
- Strong hands-on expertise in hair care and/or skin care formulation.
- Knowledge of product development, technology transfer, quality systems, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical, project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
