A creative and results-driven Marketing & Social Media Manager is required to strengthen brand visibility and generate qualified leads for a growing Dubai real estate business. The role combines content strategy, paid advertising, social media management, and performance-driven lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across relevant social platforms.
- Create engaging property content, short-form videos, campaigns, and digital creatives.
- Build brand visibility and maintain consistent messaging across channels.
- Generate, track, and improve the quality of marketing leads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize activities based on results.
- Stay informed about Dubai real estate trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate marketing and social media management.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
- Hands-on knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Experience with paid social advertising, content creation, and lead generation.
- Creative, proactive, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
