A senior cost management leader is required to provide technical direction and commercial oversight across major real estate and infrastructure developments. The role will lead regional cost management services, manage key client relationships, support business growth, and ensure high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cost management services across assigned projects and regional markets.
- Develop cost strategies and provide strategic commercial advice.
- Manage client relationships, project utilization, and senior stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee cost planning, benchmarking, risk management, contingency planning, and value engineering.
- Establish project delivery strategies, scopes, governance, and resource plans.
- Provide senior technical leadership throughout design and delivery stages.
- Drive business development, innovation, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Extensive UAE experience in cost consulting or cost management for major developments.
- Qualification in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Commercial, or related discipline.
- MRICS is preferred.
- Strong strategic leadership and client relationship management skills.
- Deep knowledge of cost planning, benchmarking, risk, value engineering, and commercial governance.
