An experienced HR Manager is required to oversee the complete employee lifecycle and support workforce requirements within a transport and logistics-focused organization. The role will combine operational HR leadership, compliance, employee relations, recruitment, and strategic support to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with UAE labour requirements.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, disciplinary matters, and employee records.
- Support recruitment and retention of drivers, operations personnel, and other employees.
- Drive employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
- Advise management on HR strategy and workforce-related matters.
- Ensure HR activities comply with UAE labour regulations and company procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in transport, logistics, fleet, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR practices.
- Experience with payroll coordination, HR systems, and workforce management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
