An experienced Operations Manager is required to oversee multiple engineering projects and ensure efficient project execution. The successful candidate will manage resources, procurement, logistics, schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and compliance requirements while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across multiple engineering projects.
- Develop execution plans and allocate resources effectively.
- Coordinate procurement and logistics requirements.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, deliverables, and project performance.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and contractual requirements.
- Provide operational reports and support timely project delivery.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 12+ years of operations or project management experience.
- Engineering, construction, or infrastructure industry experience.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, planning, project delivery, HSE, and quality.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
