Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain cash flow activities to support operational requirements.
• Prepare and review account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Process payroll activities and ensure timely salary disbursements.
• Generate MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor working capital and support effective fund management.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and management regarding financial matters.

Qualifications & Requirements

• B.Com qualification is mandatory.
• CA Inter qualification will be considered an advantage.
• Minimum 8–10 years of accounting experience within the manufacturing sector.
• Prior experience in the steel industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong expertise in accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
• Experience in cash flow planning and financial control processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced business environment.
• Candidates must currently be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
