Job Overview
Zivian & Co. is urgently hiring an Accountant in Dubai and welcomes both fresh graduates and experienced candidates with strong accounting knowledge. The role covers bookkeeping, reconciliations, tax-related compliance support, financial records, and daily accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Perform bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Support compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and basic FTA filing requirements.
- Process accounting transactions using Tally Prime and Zoho Books.
- Support daily finance operations while maintaining data accuracy and deadlines.
Requirements
- Freshers or experienced candidates may apply.
- Fluency in Russian and English, spoken and written, is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of UAE accounting and bookkeeping practices.
- Understanding of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, FTA compliance, and tax filings.
- Knowledge of journal entries, reconciliations, AP/AR, and month-end closing.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and Zoho Books is required.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and deadline management.
