Job Overview
A&S International is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support daily finance and accounting operations at its Sharjah SAIF Zone location. The role involves transaction recording, reconciliations, inventory accounting, reporting, and month-end support.
Key Responsibilities
- Record sales, purchases, expenses, petty cash, and bank transactions.
- Reconcile bank, customer, and supplier accounts.
- Assist with inventory accounting and maintain cost records.
- Prepare accounting reports and support month-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
- Keep financial data organized, current, and accurate.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain accurate financial records and meet deadlines.
