Accountant

Accountant is a full-time opportunity with Becon UAE in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Becon UAE is hiring an Accountant with UAE finance experience to manage accounting compliance, VAT, Corporate Tax, payroll, budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting. The position also involves client communication, expense review, financial analysis, and practical recommendations for business performance. The successful candidate will be expected to work professionally, maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders, and contribute to the smooth delivery of the responsibilities assigned to the position.

Job Details

• Salary: AED 5,500–9,000 per month (Estimated)
• Experience: UAE accounting experience in VAT, Corporate Tax, payroll, budgeting, and finance management
• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (Estimated)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and payroll processes in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Prepare budgets, monitor cash flow, and maintain accurate financial reports.
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding financial and compliance matters.
• Review expenses and identify practical opportunities for cost control.
• Provide management with reliable financial analysis and recommendations.
• Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Support day-to-day finance operations and compliance activities.

Requirements

• UAE experience covering accounting, VAT, Corporate Tax, payroll, and finance management.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cash-flow management, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive approach.
• Ability to analyze expenses and recommend practical cost-control measures.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements.
• Understanding of payroll processing, accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline is listed as the estimated qualification.
