Accounts Manager / Senior Accounts Manager is a full-time opportunity with Confidential in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. A diversified organization operating across education, construction, and group-company activities is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager / Senior Accounts Manager in Abu Dhabi. The position covers project and construction accounting, financial reporting, UAE tax compliance, fixed assets, CWIP, banking, audits, ERP systems, and advanced Excel. The successful candidate will be expected to work professionally, maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders, and contribute to the smooth delivery of the responsibilities assigned to the position.

- Salary: AED 12,000–20,000 per month (Estimated)
- Experience: 5+ Years Overall Accounting Experience with a minimum of 2–3 Years UAE Experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage project finance, construction accounting, and financial reporting activities.
- Maintain accurate CWIP, fixed-asset, and related accounting records.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and applicable financial requirements.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and external advisers.
- Prepare reconciliations, financial analysis, and management reports.
- Support related-party transactions and transfer-pricing compliance activities.
- Use ERP systems and advanced Excel tools to manage financial operations efficiently.
- Support management with accurate financial information and timely reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with CA qualification.
- More than five years of overall accounting experience.
- At least two to three years of UAE accounting experience.
- Strong practical experience in project and construction accounting.
- Experience with CWIP and fixed assets.
- Good knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
- Understanding of related-party transactions and basic transfer-pricing requirements.
- Strong Excel and ERP/accounting-software skills.
- Excellent analytical, reconciliation, communication, and reporting abilities.
- UAE-based candidates with relevant experience are preferred.
