E-Commerce Specialist – Amazon & Noon is a full-time opportunity with HRM Recruitment LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. HRM Recruitment LLC is seeking a hands-on E-Commerce Specialist to build and manage an online business across Amazon and Noon. The role covers product research, sourcing, marketplace listings, pricing, dropshipping, digital marketing, performance analysis, project management, and profitability tracking. The successful candidate will be expected to work professionally, maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders, and contribute to the smooth delivery of the responsibilities assigned to the position.

• Salary: AED 4,500 per month + Performance Commission

Key Responsibilities

• Research products and identify commercially viable opportunities using Jungle Scout and other market-analysis tools.
• Manage and optimize Amazon and Noon listings, pricing, and marketplace performance.
• Analyze demand, competition, sourcing costs, marketplace fees, margins, and ROI.
• Manage dropshipping activities and coordinate with suppliers.
• Support digital marketing, advertising, promotions, and customer-acquisition activities.
• Monitor sales, conversion rates, advertising performance, and product profitability.
• Lead e-commerce projects, manage timelines, and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Coordinate sourcing and marketplace activities to support sustainable online growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Amazon and Noon marketplaces.
• Hands-on experience with Jungle Scout, product research, and listing optimization.
• Experience with dropshipping, sourcing, and supplier coordination.
• Strong understanding of pricing, profit margins, ROI, and marketplace advertising.
• Excellent Excel or Google Sheets and analytical reporting skills.
• Ability to build and manage an e-commerce operation independently.
• Strong knowledge of marketplace management, product sourcing, listing optimization, digital marketing, and sales analytics.
