Accountant

A leading Fresh Produce Processing Company in Dubai is looking for a dedicated Accountant to support its finance operations. This role suits accounting professionals with strong financial management skills and a background in food manufacturing, fresh produce, or FMCG sectors, who can juggle receivables, payables, and reconciliations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare customer invoices and process supplier payments
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities
• Follow up on outstanding customer balances and maintain customer account statements
• Process supplier invoices and ensure payments are made on schedule
• Support financial record maintenance and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in Food Manufacturing, Fresh Produce, or FMCG
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Tally
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
