Job Overview
Palladium Properties is looking for a confident Telecaller to support its real estate business in Dubai. The role is suited to someone who communicates comfortably over the phone, can introduce services to prospective customers and is motivated to build interest through consistent follow-up and professional customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce the company’s real estate services.
- Respond to inbound enquiries and provide clear, courteous information about the services offered.
- Identify customer needs and ask relevant questions to assess whether a lead is suitable for follow-up.
- Qualify sales leads and share useful details with the relevant sales representatives.
- Follow up with interested prospects and arrange appointments when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses and follow-up activities.
- Build positive customer relationships through professional communication and timely responses.
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
- Fluency in Hindi, Urdu and English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to speak to new customers.
- Persuasion and follow-up ability, supported by a customer-focused approach.
