Alkira Real Estate is recruiting a Content Writer to develop engaging material for its Dubai real estate business and strengthen its digital presence. The position is suitable for a creative writer who understands the local property market and can turn market knowledge, brand messages and business priorities into clear content for online audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop original content ideas relevant to the Dubai property market and the company’s audience.
- Write engaging captions, social media posts and concepts for short-form video content.
- Support content planning and execution to improve brand visibility and online engagement.
- Create and coordinate material for leadership social media profiles, including personal-brand content.
- Research platform trends and identify creative approaches that suit the company’s communication goals.
- Work with internal teams to keep content accurate, consistent and aligned with brand messaging.
- Organize content ideas and deliver assigned writing tasks within agreed timelines.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous experience in the Dubai real estate industry and content creation is mandatory.
- Experience managing or handling a CEO’s Instagram profile is preferred.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting and creative writing ability.
- Understanding of social media trends, personal branding and digital content formats.
- Ability to develop content strategies and creative concepts independently.
- Must currently be available in Dubai.
