Accountant

ARAS Group is looking for a skilled Accountant with hands-on UAE fit-out or interior fit-out experience to join its Sharjah team. Immediate availability is strongly preferred.

You’ll manage day-to-day accounting activities, project costing, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and VAT compliance, using ERP systems and advanced Excel to keep financial records accurate and current.

What you’ll do:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare and monitor project and job costing reports
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely financial reporting
• Assist with UAE VAT documentation, filing, and regulatory compliance
• Maintain accounting data using ERP systems and prepare reports in Excel

What you’ll bring:

• 3–5 years of accounting experience in the UAE fit-out or interior fit-out industry (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of project costing and job costing principles
• Experience managing AP, AR, VAT, and bank reconciliation processes
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel
• Immediate availability preferred
