Junior Accountant

Profound Contracting LLC is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its growing Dubai team and build hands-on accounting experience within a busy civil engineering and construction environment.

You’ll support the Finance Department with daily accounting operations, transaction processing, reconciliations, and financial documentation — with clear opportunities for career growth within the construction industry.

What you’ll do:

• Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records and financial transactions
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and petty cash activities
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Reconcile bank statements and supplier account balances
• Prepare supporting documentation for audits and financial reporting
• Maintain organized filing systems for accounting records and documents
• Provide administrative and accounting support to the Finance Department

What you’ll bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
