Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate, complete financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Process financial transactions using Odoo ERP and follow established accounting procedures.
- Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations and investigate differences when they arise.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and prepare information for routine financial reporting.
- Maintain inventory-related accounting records and support the preparation of bills of materials (BOM).
- Assist with internal and external audits by keeping financial documentation organised and accessible.
