Accounts Receivable Executive is a full-time opportunity with The Deep Seafood in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The Deep Seafood is looking for an Accounts Receivable Executive to support its finance function in Sharjah. The role focuses on customer receivables, collections, reconciliations, ageing analysis, payment follow-up, and accurate financial records. It suits a detail-oriented professional who can coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams. The successful candidate will be expected to work professionally, maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders, and contribute to the smooth delivery of the responsibilities assigned to the position.
Job Details
- Salary: AED 3,500 – 5,500 per month (Estimated)
- Experience: Minimum 1 Year
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (Estimated)

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor customer receivable balances and outstanding invoices.
- Follow up with customers to support timely payment collection.
- Prepare account reconciliations and investigate payment differences or discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain ageing reports for overdue and outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding customer accounts, invoices, and collection issues.
- Maintain accurate accounts-receivable records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with routine finance activities and reporting related to customer receivables.
- Keep collection information organized and communicate status updates when required.
Requirements
- At least one year of relevant Accounts Receivable or finance experience.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and customer-coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple finance tasks accurately and meet deadlines.
- Good analytical and organizational abilities.
- Understanding of accounts-receivable processes and collection procedures.
- Familiarity with account reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and dependable record-keeping practices.
