Working Details
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Part-Time: 5 hours (8:30 AM – 12:30 PM)
- Full-Time: 8 hours with a 30-minute break (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records efficiently
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle basic communication and coordination tasks
- Support team members with daily administrative activities
- Maintain a professional and well-organized work environment
Requirements
- UAE National with a valid Family Book (mandatory)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Well-organized with attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
