Job Overview
SYLLABASE Learning is looking for a motivated, professional Admission Officer for its Al Qusais team in Dubai. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with students and parents and guiding them through the admissions journey in a lively educational setting.
You will handle enquiries, arrange demo classes, offer counselling and keep admission records accurate, ensuring every prospective student has a positive first experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries from prospective students and parents courteously and professionally
- Follow up on leads and schedule demo classes
- Provide counselling and support throughout admission and enrolment
- Maintain admission records and manage day-to-day administrative tasks
- Prepare and submit daily admission and operational reports
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in admissions or sales preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced educational environment
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong counselling and persuasion abilities
- Knowledge of admissions and enrolment processes
- Lead follow-up and customer relationship management
- Organised record keeping and reporting
