Job Overview
Bionix Clinic is looking for an Aesthetic Clinic Supervisor to manage daily operations at its Dubai clinic. This position is intended for an experienced professional from an aesthetic, beauty or related clinic environment who can lead employees, support business growth and maintain a strong patient experience. The supervisor will coordinate staff activities, monitor service standards, conduct patient pre-consultations and contribute to sales performance. The role also has a marketing component, including content planning, digital campaigns and influencer collaborations. Applicants should have previous clinic supervision experience and be comfortable balancing operational responsibilities with customer relationship management and business development. A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related subject is indicated as the expected qualification. The advertised salary is AED 10,000 to AED 12,000 per month, plus commission, with potential earnings of AED 15,000 or more.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations and supervise staff activities and performance.
- Conduct patient pre-consultations and support the clinic in achieving sales targets.
- Coordinate content creation, digital marketing campaigns and influencer partnerships.
- Maintain a positive patient journey and ensure that service interactions meet clinic standards.
- Monitor team performance and address operational or customer service issues.
- Coordinate daily activities that support clinic growth and wider business objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in an aesthetic clinic, beauty clinic or similar environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is indicated as the expected qualification.
- Experience combining clinic operations with sales, marketing or customer relationship responsibilities is relevant.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong leadership, team supervision and operational coordination.
- Sales, marketing, patient service and customer relationship skills.
- Good communication, organization and problem-solving ability, including the ability to manage several priorities in a busy clinic.
Employment Details
Full-time position based in Dubai, UAE. Salary: AED 10,000–AED 12,000 per month plus commission; potential earnings may exceed AED 15,000 per month. The package also includes employment benefits.
