Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and master-planning proposals that respond to project briefs.
- Prepare design presentations, technical drawings, and supporting documents for project development.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to clarify design requirements and resolve questions.
- Review design outputs for quality, consistency, and alignment with agreed project objectives.
- Track tasks and deadlines while supporting the timely delivery of drawings and proposals.
- Maintain clear project files, design revisions, and other technical records.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bring 3–5 years of relevant experience in architecture, master planning, or creative design.
- Demonstrate proficiency with appropriate architectural design and drafting software.
- Understand technical drawings, design development, and project documentation.
- Communicate clearly with clients and colleagues and contribute constructively in a team.
- Manage multiple tasks, respond to feedback, and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
