Job Overview
Flyria Travel & Tourism is expanding its Dubai team with four opportunities: Sales & Marketing, Business Development Executive, Holiday Consultant, and Travel Consultant. The roles suit applicants interested in tourism, customer service, sales, and helping clients plan travel.
Successful candidates will promote travel services, understand customer requirements, manage enquiries, and build lasting customer relationships. At least one year of relevant experience is indicated, and a tourism or business-related qualification is a suitable background for these positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote travel and tourism services to customers and potential business clients.
- Support sales and marketing campaigns that generate enquiries and bookings.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with customers and partners.
- Help customers compare suitable holiday or travel options and respond to questions.
- Follow up on leads, prepare relevant service information, and support conversion to bookings.
- Coordinate with colleagues to provide consistent customer service.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Have at least one year of relevant experience in travel, tourism, sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Hold a diploma or degree in tourism, business, marketing, or a related subject where applicable.
- Communicate confidently and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
- Show an interest in travel and an ability to understand customer needs.
- Work toward targets and maintain organized records with attention to detail.
