Job Overview
VaporVM is hiring a Service Desk Engineer for its on-site team in Dubai. The role is suitable for an IT support professional who can monitor service queues, respond to infrastructure alerts, and coordinate incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the ServiceNow queue, triage tickets, assign requests, and escalate incidents when required.
- Track open incidents, pending requests, backlogs, and service-level agreement performance.
- Monitor servers, network devices, and infrastructure using ManageEngine OpManager or similar tools.
- Investigate alerts, carry out basic troubleshooting, and create or update tickets for actionable events.
- Coordinate with technical teams and follow up until incidents are resolved or properly handed over.
- Prepare daily monitoring reports and clear shift-handover notes.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Have 1–2 years of Service Desk or IT Support experience.
- Be familiar with ServiceNow ticket handling and incident-management workflows.
- Understand infrastructure monitoring tools such as ManageEngine OpManager.
- Know basic networking, troubleshooting, ticket prioritization, and escalation procedures.
- Communicate clearly, document work carefully, and work within ITIL-based processes.
- Be available to join promptly; Indian and Sri Lankan nationalities are preferred in the listing.
