Job Overview
Optimus Megatron Cars is recruiting for three positions in Dubai: Automotive Sales Executive, German Car Mechanic and Automotive Dentor with Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) experience. Sales applicants should be confident with customers and negotiations; mechanics should be able to diagnose and repair German vehicles; dent-repair specialists need practical PDR skills. Immediate joiners are preferred. Estimated monthly pay is AED 4,500–8,000 plus incentives for sales, AED 5,500–9,000 for the mechanic and AED 5,000–8,500 for the dent-repair role.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Executive: handle customer enquiries, explain automotive products or services and support sales negotiations.
- German Car Mechanic: diagnose, service and repair German vehicles.
- Automotive Dentor: perform dent repair and paintless dent-removal work.
- For all roles, maintain quality and safety standards, follow company procedures and work effectively with colleagues.
- Provide professional customer service and support smooth daily operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Have relevant automotive-industry experience.
- Demonstrate communication and teamwork skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Sales candidates need automotive sales, customer-handling and negotiation experience.
- Mechanics need experience diagnosing, servicing and repairing German vehicles.
- Dentor applicants need hands-on dent repair and PDR expertise.
- A diploma, certificate or bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Sales or a related field is estimated.
