MIMAR MODELS is looking for a proactive, organized Operations Assistant to support day-to-day business operations in a creative, fast-moving model making and design studio in Sharjah.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operational and administrative activities
- Coordinate tasks and communicate across internal teams for smooth operations
- Organize documentation, schedules and operational records
- Prepare reports and keep administrative files accurate
- Support management with coordination and office admin duties
- Use Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting and communication
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and workflow efficiency
- Take on other operational support tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- Previous coordination or admin experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Interest or background in model making or design is a plus
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
