MIMAR MODELS is looking for a proactive, organized Operations Assistant to support day-to-day business operations in a creative, fast-moving model making and design studio in Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operational and administrative activities
  • Coordinate tasks and communicate across internal teams for smooth operations
  • Organize documentation, schedules and operational records
  • Prepare reports and keep administrative files accurate
  • Support management with coordination and office admin duties
  • Use Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting and communication
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements and workflow efficiency
  • Take on other operational support tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • Previous coordination or admin experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Interest or background in model making or design is a plus
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
