A Persian-inspired fine dining restaurant and licensed venue in Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi is looking for a warm, energetic Barista to craft great coffee and even better guest experiences.
You’ll be working the coffee station in a bustling, upscale restaurant, where consistency and a friendly smile matter just as much as your latte art. Prior barista experience — especially in a licensed venue — will set you apart.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing and serving quality coffee, specialty beverages, and other drinks
- Delivering friendly, attentive service that makes guests feel welcome
- Keeping the coffee station clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Ensuring every beverage meets the venue’s quality standards
- Helping manage beverage inventory and following hygiene/food safety practices
- Supporting the wider team during busy service periods
What you’ll bring:
- Prior barista experience preferred
- Strong coffee-making and beverage skills
- A professional, friendly, guest-first attitude
- Comfort working in a fast-paced hospitality setting
- Licensed-venue experience is an advantage; knowledge of mixing alcoholic beverages is a plus
- Currently based in the UAE preferred
Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,500 (estimated)
