Pedal (Cycling & Coffee)
Pedal Cycling & Coffee is on the lookout for an experienced Barista to join its café team in Dubai. This is a combined barista-and-service role for someone who genuinely loves the craft of coffee and enjoys the buzz of a welcoming café floor just as much as pulling the perfect shot.
You’ll be crafting espresso-based drinks and specialty coffee, taking and processing orders, and helping keep front-of-house running smoothly — all while keeping the coffee station clean and organized. It’s a hands-on, team-oriented role, ideal for someone based in the UAE who can start right away and brings real energy to the counter.
What you’ll be doing
- Prepare high-quality espresso-based beverages and specialty coffee
- Deliver excellent customer service and a welcoming café atmosphere
- Take and accurately process customer orders
- Serve food and beverages while supporting front-of-house operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- Work closely with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly
What you’ll bring
- Previous barista or café experience
- Good espresso preparation and milk texturing skills
- Specialty coffee experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfort with front-of-house duties and taking orders
- A friendly, professional, team-oriented attitude
- Current UAE residency, with immediate availability preferred
