Call Center Agent

Sakhalin Dubai is looking for a warm, professional Call Center Agent to be the friendly voice guests hear before they ever walk through the door. If you love talking to people, thrive on solving problems over the phone, and want to work for a fine-dining brand that takes its guest experience seriously, this role is worth a look.

You’ll be handling incoming calls, restaurant reservations and guest inquiries, keeping booking records accurate and up to date while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. Previous experience in hospitality, reservations or premium dining will help you hit the ground running, and Russian-speaking candidates are especially encouraged to apply given the venue’s guest base.

What you’ll be doing

• Handle guest calls, inquiries and reservation requests
• Provide accurate information about restaurant services
• Manage reservations and update booking records
• Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate with the restaurant team for a smooth guest experience

What you’ll bring

• Previous experience in a call center, reservations, customer service or hospitality role
• Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
• Fluent English; Russian-speaking candidates highly preferred
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Good computer skills with strong attention to detail
• Fine dining or premium restaurant experience is an advantage
