Hostess Supervisor

Sakhalin Dubai, a premium fine-dining venue, is growing its front-of-house leadership and is looking for an experienced Hostess Supervisor to set the tone for every guest’s evening. This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality at a high level and knows how to lead a hostess team so that every welcome feels effortless.

You’ll be running the show at the door — managing reservations, seating and waitlists — while guiding your team through the pace of a busy fine-dining service. When issues come up, you’ll be the one guests turn to, so a calm, professional approach to problem-solving is essential. Experience in luxury hospitality is highly valued here, and Russian language skills would give you a real edge given the venue’s guest profile.

What you’ll be doing

• Supervise and lead the hostess team during daily operations
• Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements and waiting lists
• Welcome guests and deliver an exceptional dining experience
• Coordinate with restaurant staff to maintain smooth guest flow
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain high service standards in a fine-dining environment

What you’ll bring

• Previous experience as a Hostess Supervisor or Senior Hostess
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills
• Experience handling reservations and guest seating
• A polished, confident, professional presence
• Fine dining or luxury hospitality background preferred
• Russian language skills are an advantage
