Floor Manager

Pera Palace is expanding its restaurant operations in Dubai and needs an experienced Floor Manager to keep service running like clockwork. This role suits a hospitality leader who’s happiest on the floor, energizing the team and making sure every guest walks away impressed.

You’ll be overseeing daily floor operations, leading and motivating the service team, and acting as the connective tissue between the kitchen, bar, host stand and service staff. When something goes wrong for a guest, you’ll be the one who steps in to make it right, fast. Fine dining or upscale restaurant experience is strongly preferred, as is a genuine passion for coaching and developing a team.

What you’ll be doing

• Supervise daily restaurant floor operations
• Lead and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional experiences
• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, host and service teams
• Handle guest concerns and ensure prompt resolution
• Maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency
• Monitor staff performance and support team development

What you’ll bring

• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is mandatory
• Proven supervisory or management experience
• Fine dining or upscale restaurant experience highly preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• A professional presence and positive attitude
