Job Overview
The NECC GCC Consulting is expanding its clinical team and is seeking compassionate Behavior Therapists to support children with autism at its clinics in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The position offers hands-on experience in a collaborative care environment and focuses on helping children work toward individualized developmental and behavioral goals. Therapists will follow treatment plans under clinical guidance, observe progress, and maintain clear records. The work requires patience, empathy, consistent communication with families, and a professional commitment to child-centered support. UAE Nationals are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide structured behavioral therapy and day-to-day support to children with autism in a respectful, supportive setting.
- Carry out individualized treatment activities according to established plans and guidance from the clinical team.
- Observe and record client responses, progress, and areas requiring additional support, keeping documentation accurate and timely.
- Work collaboratively with therapists and other professionals to provide consistent care and follow agreed treatment goals.
- Communicate with parents and caregivers about appropriate goals, routines, progress, and ways to reinforce support outside sessions.
- Participate in team discussions, supervision, training, and professional development to improve practice and maintain service quality.
