DX FutureTech in Dubai is looking for a commercially sharp Business Development Executive to accelerate growth in its Salesforce consulting and IT services division. This role demands an Arabic-speaking professional with an active UAE network and a solid track record of closing deals in the technology space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout the UAE market.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Promote Salesforce consulting services, CRM solutions, and IT service offerings to target organisations.
  • Generate new business through networking, client engagement, and proactive sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and business proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and guide clients smoothly through the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes and sustained client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Arabic speaker, currently based in the UAE.
  • 3–5 years of UAE sales experience in Salesforce services, CRM solutions, or IT consulting.
  • Established network of decision-makers across the UAE market.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Experience selling Salesforce implementation projects, managed services, or IT staffing/resource augmentation is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
