Zoya Developments, a growing name in Dubai’s real estate development scene, is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Executive to strengthen its Agency Activation and Broker Relations function. This role is designed for a real estate professional who understands Dubai’s brokerage landscape and has a demonstrable track record of building and sustaining productive agency partnerships.
You will be at the forefront of expanding Zoya Developments’ broker network, activating new agency relationships, and ensuring existing partners remain engaged and well-informed about the company’s project pipeline. Strong interpersonal skills, a genuine passion for real estate, and an ability to thrive in a fast-moving sales environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deepen strategic relationships with real estate brokers, agencies, and channel partners across Dubai
- Drive agency activation campaigns to on-board new partners and re-engage existing ones
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities that expand the company’s distribution network and sales reach
- Maintain consistent and high-quality communication with broker partners, ensuring they are updated on new project launches and incentives
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new developments across the Dubai real estate sector
- Represent Zoya Developments at industry events, broker meetings, and promotional activities
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience with a Dubai-based real estate developer — essential
- Proven hands-on experience in broker relations and agency activation
- Strong understanding of the Dubai property market, key agencies, and brokerage dynamics
- Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, target-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
Salary: AED 8,000–12,000/month (Estimated)
