Ocean Marine Ship Repairs LLC is expanding its skilled workforce and is actively recruiting for multiple positions to support its ship repair and marine engineering operations at Dubai DMC. The company is offering openings for experienced Welders and Fabricators as well as one position for an Officer Engineer.
This is a strong opportunity for technically capable professionals with a background in shipyard or marine repair environments who want to contribute to a dynamic, hands-on engineering operation. GCC experience is not a prerequisite, making this accessible to well-qualified candidates from a variety of professional backgrounds.
Roles Available
- Welders & Fabricators: Perform precision welding and metal fabrication on marine vessels and ship repair projects; interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications; maintain high workmanship standards in compliance with safety and quality requirements
- Officer Engineer: Provide engineering oversight and technical leadership for ship repair activities; coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure efficient project execution
Key Responsibilities (All Roles)
- Carry out welding, fabrication, or engineering duties in a marine shipyard environment
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering specifications accurately
- Maintain excellence in workmanship, quality, and safety across all assigned tasks
- Support installation, maintenance, and repair activities on marine vessels
- Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to meet project timelines
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; shipyard or marine repair background strongly preferred
- Solid technical expertise in welding techniques, metal fabrication, or marine engineering
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings and engineering documentation
- GCC experience is not mandatory — internationally qualified candidates are welcome
- Immediate joiners are given priority
Salary: AED 2,500–8,000/month (Estimated)
