A Dubai-based contracting and interior fit-out company is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with strong UAE construction credentials to oversee site operations for fit-out, renovation and construction projects.
You’ll supervise site work, coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors, and keep projects on quality, safety and schedule targets. Dubai Municipality approval and a valid G+1 License are big advantages for candidates applying to this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise construction, fit-out and renovation activities on site
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams
- Monitor progress while maintaining quality, safety and compliance
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Prepare reports and keep documentation up to date
- Support project planning and timely completion
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years UAE experience as a Civil Engineer
- Dubai Municipality approved with valid G+1 License
- Experience in fit-out, renovation or construction projects
- Valid UAE driving license
Salary: AED 8,000–14,000 per month (estimated)
