Etqaan Employment is hiring a professional, customer-focused Female Receptionist to be the friendly first point of contact for its growing UAE team.
You’ll greet visitors, manage front desk activities, handle inquiries and calls, and keep daily operations running smoothly — all while representing the company with warmth and professionalism. Bilingual English/Arabic communication is important, and immediate joiners are welcome; visa sponsorship support is available.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and provide professional front desk support
- Handle customer inquiries accurately and promptly
- Manage incoming calls, messages and admin tasks
- Maintain a positive, professional environment
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
- Represent the company with excellent customer service
Requirements
- Female candidates preferred
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic
- Friendly, patient, service-oriented personality
- Immediate availability to join
Salary: AED 3,000–5,000 per month (estimated)
