VLCC Wellness is expanding its UAE operations and hiring a Female Clinic Manager / Wellness Counsellor. The role requires proven experience in the aesthetic and beauty industry, clinic management, client handling, revenue generation, and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead and supervise clinic staff.
• Drive revenue and support sales-target achievement.
• Handle client consultations and build customer relationships.
• Develop business opportunities and contribute to clinic growth.
• Maintain high service standards and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Aesthetic-clinic experience is mandatory.
• Strong experience in clinic management, revenue generation, and target achievement.
• Ability to lead and manage teams.
• Strong client-handling and business-development skills.
• Aesthetic-industry experience is required; healthcare, unrelated-industry profiles, and freshers will not be considered.
