Customer Service Executive

Transmarine Cargo Services LLC is seeking a customer-centric and logistics-savvy Customer Service Executive to join its freight forwarding team in Dubai. This role is perfect for a professional with a background in shipping and logistics who enjoys a client-facing role that blends relationship management with operational coordination.

You will serve as the key link between the company’s sales efforts and its shipping operations — helping to on-board new clients, generating freight quotations, coordinating with shipping lines and agents, and ensuring clients are kept informed from booking confirmation all the way through to proof of delivery. Female candidates are preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with client acquisition, on-boarding, and ongoing account management activities
• Proactively follow up with prospective and existing clients to develop and maintain business relationships
• Prepare competitive and accurate freight quotations and pricing proposals tailored to client requirements
• Source the best freight rates by coordinating with shipping lines, freight agents, and carriers
• Oversee shipment coordination and manage all post-booking logistics communication with clients
• Provide timely and accurate shipment status updates to clients from departure through to proof of delivery (POD)
• Deliver high-quality customer service throughout the freight lifecycle and resolve client queries promptly

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics — required
• Background in customer service, sales support, or shipment coordination within a freight environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Excellent communication, client relationship management, and follow-up skills
• Female candidates are preferred

Salary: AED 4,500–6,500/month (Estimated)
