About the Opportunity
Al Salehi is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Service Advisor to join its automotive service team in Dubai. This full-time role is ideal for someone with a Mechanical Engineering background who enjoys working with customers and coordinating technical service work. The position serves as the key link between vehicle owners and the service team, ensuring a smooth, professional, and satisfying service experience from start to finish.
The Role
The successful candidate will guide customers through the vehicle service process, coordinate with technicians and service teams, and maintain strong customer relationships. This role requires a combination of technical understanding and excellent customer service skills, along with the ability to follow up on service tasks and resolve issues professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customers throughout the vehicle service process.
- Coordinate with technicians and service teams on job progress.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Support daily service operations and overall customer experience.
- Communicate service details, timelines, and updates clearly to customers.
- Follow up on service requests and resolve concerns professionally.
- Support additional service and customer care duties as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate between customers and technical teams.
- Knowledge of the vehicle service process is preferred.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
